Graphic facilitation supports deep dialogue and encourage constructive action by participants representing a considerable diversity of cultures, lang

Graphic work moves beyond recording “call out” statements from participants to more nuanced, reflective, and participatory representations of large and small group dynamics. It contributes significantly to participant engagement and sustainability of the learning outcomes. The general objective of TC is to increase the quality of the methodological tools available to youth workers and their organizations, who work with young people in multicultural contexts, with ethnic or migration background and lack of cultural, social and educational resources, through the knowledge and practice of bases of sketch-noting and visual facilitation. This training is aimed at those who wish to use the potential of visual real-time documentation in training courses, process monitoring, or coaching in youth work.

— participants explored and better understood the need for visual facilitation of learning in the youth activities nowadays

— attendees will be equipped with a variety of tools and methods applicable in visual facilitation and mapping of educational and informational activities in the youth field

— practical skills will be developed in using important components of visual facilitation e.g. shapes, colours, composition, hand-writing, visual metaphors, analysing and summing up of information

— basis for further development of skills on the individual and organisational level have been set, thus ensuring the exploitation of newly gained knowledge for the benefit of NGOs and a variety of learners we work with.
