We are proud to announce the participation of three Junior Youth Workers, that will participate in a much promising two-scale training course which will be held in Alicante, Spain (1st phase, 24/11/2024 to 01/12/2024) and in Poznan, Poland, (2nd phase; 6-9/04/2024) closing the activities with a youth workers' conference!...


Our participants have just started with Youth Work and are excited in front what is coming up with them as protagonists!

I study economics in the Democritus University of Thrace in Komotini. I am an athletic figure, focusing professionally in sports and fitness. I am a personal and group fitness trainer. I have in my background a 10 years of Kick Boxing experience and a 3 years track and field practice.

I'm currently studying psychology and work as a photographer and videographer. I'm also passionate about outdoor sports, especially running, cycling, and hiking.

Aims of the training course

“Inner EYE” a transformative is a 6 days Training Course in Alicante, Spain, uniting youth workers and educators from 8 European countries. The seminar aims to combat body shape and size discrimination in youth work practice, fostering inclusivity, self-acceptance, and initiating a dialogue that resonates across the European youth work agenda Join us in this empowering journey to address body discrimination, promote inclusivity, and advocate for positive change in European youth work.

Profile of participants

Project is open for everybody who: works with young people (youth workers, educators, teachers, pedagogues, psychologists, youth leaders etc.) Over 18 years old speaks communicative English Participants should be ready to facilitate local activities with young people between 2 mobilities They will make their actions plans in Spain and present the local activities results during seminar in Poland

Evening activity will be organized

1st of December - departure day.

  • Session 1: 9:30 - 11:30

  • Session 2: 12:00 - 14:00

  • Session 3: 16:00 - 18:00
