This conference brings together young changemakers, youth workers, artists, educators, activists, and local actors from across Europe and beyond to explore how youth identities and collective action are shaped in today’s hybrid communities.

Through roundtables, lived experiences, and good practices, participants share stories from the fields of sports and inclusion, arts and culture, ecology and agriculture, youth work, civic engagement, and international mobility. The conference creates a safe and participatory space where youth voices are not only heard, but co-create solutions, question inequalities, and imagine fairer futures.
