Starting as a team lead in Apple customer support, they learned how to manage teams and communicate clearly under pressure. Later, he worked at Booking.com as a customer support quality improvement specialist. This position involved analyzing processes and finding ways to enhance customer satisfaction. Such experience taught them to pay attention to details and continuously seek improvement—qualities that are essential in creative work.

His time in the banking sector, including a role in the fraud investigation department, added another layer of discipline and analytical thinking. Investigating fraud requires patience, precision, and a methodical approach, all of which contribute to a designer’s ability to create clear, purposeful work.
