ESAI EN ROI (Εσαεί Εν Ροή – Being in Flow) proudly announces the launch of the Seasonal Flow Fest, a year-round cycle of community celebrations inspired by the four solar milestones: the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice.
This initiative transforms the natural rhythm of the seasons into a shared cultural framework that brings together arts, sports, nature, sustainability, cultural heritage and quality of life. It invites communities to participate in a continuous journey of creativity, movement and connection.

The Seasonal Flow Fest will officially begin its public journey during Pride Thessaloniki, marking a powerful symbolic alignment between inclusion, diversity, community expression and the celebration of life in all its forms.
This kick-off reflects the core values of ESAI EN ROI: openness, participation, creativity and respect for human diversity. Within the vibrant atmosphere of Pride Thessaloniki, the Flow concept is introduced as a living framework for connection—between people, nature, culture and time.
